Job Descriptions

  • Provides full secretarial & administrative support to the Managing Director (MD).

  • Ensure the smooth running of the Managing Director’s office.

  • Filing and safekeeping all Managing Director’s documents and records but not limited to other Company’s records.

  • Ability to vet and provides paralegal advice on agreements-contracts of the Company.

  • To prepare meeting papers, notices, agendas etc and to take minutes for monthly operation meetings of the Company and other ad-hoc meetings of departments as and when necessary.

  • Ensuring the MD’s and BJFM Directors’ data and documents required by Company Commission of Malaysia (CCM) are properly managed by external Company Secretary.

  • Liaise with Company Secretary for preparation of all DRIWs, AGM, Company Secretarial documents and other operations documents on behalf of various departments of BJFM.

  • Liaise with auditors (in cooperation with Finance Manager) on annual Directors Report preparation and other related documents.

  • Provides secretarial, administrative support, suggestions and ideas to HODs and colleagues as and when necessary.

  • As a central network between all HODs and their departments and external third parties.
