Assistant Brand Manager
Responsibilities
-
Formulates marketing strategies and creative direction in alignment with the brand objectives.

Conceptualize and develops short-term and long-term strategic marketing plans to meet the company’s expectations and delivers the annual budgets.

Ensures marketing plans and programs are efficiently implemented to meet targeted growth and achieve all milestones.
-
Ensures expenditures are maintained within approved budgets.
-
Manage brand P&L and budget to deliver profit and sales targets.
-
Responsible for development of new products in terms of concept, formulation and packaging.
-
Prepares sales and marketing reports to facilitate brand review and analysis.
-
Conduct presentation and meeting with sales team and retailers.
-
Monitors competitors’ activities; analyzes pricing positions.
-
Organizes ATL and BTL activities and events.
-
Carries out market research and consumer survey to assess brand health and opportunity.
-
Dealing with market researchers and focus group.
Requirements
-
Possess a recognized degree in Marketing or equivalent.
-
Have at least 5 years of marketing or brand management experience in FMCG environment.
-
Strong verbal and written communication in English.
-
Analytical and result oriented.
-
Effective teamwork and commercial mindset.
